10 REASONS MUHAMMAD ﷺ COULD NOT HAVE AUTHORED THE QUR’AN

A problem facing many Scriptures is multiple authorship over many generations. The Old Testament consists of 39 books authored by numerous individuals over a period of many centuries. The New Testament contains 27 books written by multiple authors spanning a period of nearly half a century. The questions and uncertainties that surround the chronology and authorship of the Bible, for example many of the books were written anonymously, only serve to hinder one from accepting, at least wholesale, that it is the pure word of God.

This is not a problem that affects the Qur’an. There is no doubt that Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, was the person responsible for transmitting the Qur’an. There are mass historical reports that support this claim, and the Qur’an itself confirms that it was revealed to him. Although Muhammad ﷺ was responsible for transmitting the Qur’an, was he its author? The following are just 10 of many reasons which prove that it is impossible for Muhammad ﷺ to have authored the Qur’an:

Islam will continue to shine despite the “Clash of the two Savageries”

Despite the ongoing Huge Savagery of drone strikes, Abu Ghuraib torture, Guantanamo Bay prisons, insults against Almighty Allah and His Messenger Muhammad (pbuh), vicious tyrants ruling Muslim countries and daily injustice and intimidation, on one side; and the Smaller Savagery being carried out by reactionary, out of control extremists (French killings, murder of school children in Peshawar, Pakistan) on the other side; Muslims have to “hold the line” of balance and justice.

The public execution of the French Police officer Ahmed Merabet and the lack of immediate recognition by the media is just another example of what causes the pain that we are feeling. But the Qur’an was revealed for all times. Allah has informed us:
“You shall certainly be tried in your wealth and in your persons and you shall certainly hear from those who have been given the Book before you and the Polytheists, much wrong and annoying talk; but if you persevere and guard against evil with piety, that will be the most resolute of actions.” ( 3: 186)

They will never put out the true light of Allah, no matter how they try! Its like a fool trying to blow out the sun. Look at how the Abdul Aziz Mosque meets the sunrise every day in Shah Alam, Malaysia and reflect.

Quotes of Leo Tolstoy about Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh) & Islam

1506762_690564597723396_8736969359807049850_n

—> Prophet Muhammad: “Muhammad has always been standing higher than the Christianity. He does not consider god as a human being and never makes himself equal to God. Muslims worship nothing except God and Muhammad is his Messenger. There is no any mystery and secret in it.”

—> Humanity needs Islamic law: “The law of the Qur’an will prevail in the world because it agrees with reason and wisdom. I have come to understand that humanity needs only a Divine law to establish the truth and destroy falsehood. Islamic law will encompass the entire world because it is consistent with reason and agrees with wisdom and justice.”

—> They amazed their surroundings: “It is true that the wide spread of Islam at the hands of those (Muslims) did not appeal to the Buddhists and Christians. However, the indisputably well-established fact is that the Muslims, in the early days of Islam, were recognized for their abstinence in the false world, pure conduct, uprightness and honesty so much that they amazed their surrounding neighbors with their noble manners, mercy and kindness.”

—> The people of vision: “One of the good merits of the Islamic religion is that it enjoins good treatment to Christians and Jews in general and Christian bishops in particular. It commands to deal with them kindly and helpfully and permits its followers among men to marry Christian and Jewish women, who are allowed to remain on their religion – a teaching which implies great toleration not hidden from men of enlightened visions.”

Islam is not something left to the intellect and opinions of men

islam-religion

By: John Fontain

May Allaah have mercy upon you. Know that the Religion is what came from Allaah, the Blessed and Most High. It is not something left to the intellect and opinions of men. Knowledge it is what comes from Allaah and His Messenger, so do not follow anything based upon your desires and so deviate away from the Religion and leave Islaam. There will be no excuse for you since Allaah’s Messenger explained the Sunnah to his Ummah and made it clear to his Companions and they are the Jamaa’ah, and they are the Main Body (as-Sawaad ul-A’dham), and the Main Body is the truth and its followers.

So he who contradicts the Companions of Allaah’s Messenger sallallahu alaihiwasallam in any of the affairs of the Religion, then he has fallen into disbelief.
