CAIRO – A YouTube video shared by a Saudi paper has showed 500 Chinese Muslims reverting to Islam after being touched by the “simplicity” of the funeral of the late King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz.
“They all became Muslims after chanting through loudspeakers ‘there is no God but Allah, Mohammed (PBUH) is the messenger of Allah,” the YouTube film, published by Ajel Arabic language daily, said.
The video showed the Chinese workers gathering near their company offices in the eastern town of Jubail and reciting the Shahada, or the declaration of faith.

With negative pressure from fellow Muslims at the mosque, the daily media pressure of negative news about Muslims and Islam, and all the challenges of learning a new religion and getting the right understanding about Islam, many new Muslims find themselves more stressed than ever before.
Which can lead them to wonder where is the peace promised in Islam?
How does a new Muslim cope with all these pressures?
I forgot to say that yes it is hard if your Parents are not yet muslims but
we have to remember what the Qur´an says: we cannot guide whome we want to guide,
but God guides whome he wants to guide.
Allahu Akbar, this english brother ‘Steven Nicholas’ converted to Islam, please welcome him to the peace religion and do dua for him too. https://www.facebook.com/steven.nicholas.334
This afternoon it was the greatest moment of my life, I completed my declaration to our creator Allah and reverted to Islam after learning about the religion for a long time. I have never been so welcomed by a group of people in my life. I had over 100 brothers hug me and welcome me to the faith of Islam. To people who might have stereotypes of Islam, I can tell you the media have portrayed a lot of false propaganda against the religion. Muslims have been without doubt the most attacked religion in the last 10 having years having both physical abuse and verbal abuse inflicted upon them in huge quantities, with people being killed in their thousands if not millions in this time. I have studied Islam for a long time and this religion spreads nothing but peace and love to fellow humans. To the governments who continue to attack Islam with their false propaganda it is because many Muslims refuse to take part in many corrupt practices that is spread across the western world, in which certain corrupted individuals profit from, including the interest of money that is forbidden in Islam. Islam is a religion of peace and love and i pray more people will realise this one day. Regardless of other people’s personal beliefs, may the blessings of God be upon you all.
Sister Shariffa Carlos was being groomed by individuals in high Government positions in US to study, learn and then go to Egypt to destroy Islam by instigating the ‘oppressed’ Muslim women. They had their plans and Allah had his Plan. Allah is the best planner!!!! read her story in her own words……….

The story of how I reverted to al Islam is a story of plans. I made plans; the group I was with made plans, and Allah made plans. And Allah is the Best of Planners. When I was a teenager, I came to the attention of a group of people with a very sinister agenda. They were and probably still are a loose association of individuals who work in government positions but have a special agenda — to destroy Islam. It is not a governmental group that I am aware of, they simply use their positions in the US government to advance their cause.
Sister Sateesh Khan is a Pakistan based actress, model and was a born Muslim, but like so many of us she realized the meaning of Islam and returned back. Since then she has given up Acting and modeling for the sake of Allah. Here is her story in her own words. May Allah reward her
The journey that has just begun.
About 10 years ago when my parents split up. I had this urge to have a perfect family since. I grew up learning from the circumstances, from people around me, from places I travelled and live. I had a sister who died of Hepatitis at the age of 17 and I was only 11, my younger brother was 9 and elder one was 13. We had never heard of any sort of disease nor had we known that people can die so young. My family needed a strong leader to help fill the void left by the death of my sister.

An explanation of why I reject the construct:
My opposition to the use of the word convert to describe someone like myself (Muslim over a decade) is linked to the exclusive and thus exclusionary dimension of the term ‘convert’.
It both identifies those of non-Muslim heritage as different to the rest of the community, in some cases, particularly white converts, as somehow superior and more enlightened, worthy of adulation and praise for having left behind the (implied superior) dominant culture to adopt the (implied lesser) subaltern culture, and on the other hand, serves to deligitimise those same voices when necessary by putting into question the ‘true’ Islamic nature of their identity.
My name is William, and I live in a large Midwestern city in the United States.
I am a typical American in many ways that are reflected in both my professional and personal lives. Professionally, I am a supervisor with a major police department, and I have been in the military, both active duty and in the reserves for the majority of my adult life.
Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, head of the Presidency for the Two Holy Mosques, on Tuesday honored Arnoud van Doorn, a prominent Dutch politician who embraced Islam, by conferring on him his cloak. Van Doorn was a leading member of the rightist Freedom Party of Geert Wilders who produced “Fitna” film abusing the Prophet (peace be upon him).
The heart-warming event took place at the opening of a conference on Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh. The conference’s participants, including academics and religious scholars, applauded Sudais’ gesture.
“This again reflects the greatness and truthfulness of Islam as a divine religion,” said Fuad Kawther, an engineer interested in dawa activities. He also pointed out that some of the staunch enemies of the Prophet used to stand near by his house during the night to listen to his recitation from the Holy Qur’an.
“Three staunch enemies — Abu Jahl, Abu Sufiyan and Uqbat — agreed among themselves not to visit the Prophet’s house to secretly listen to the verses from the Qur’an, but broke that deal and visited the house again and again because they could not resist the divine word and also because they were fascinated by the literary beauty of the Qur’an,” Kawther told Arab News.
