Islam will continue to shine despite the “Clash of the two Savageries”

Despite the ongoing Huge Savagery of drone strikes, Abu Ghuraib torture, Guantanamo Bay prisons, insults against Almighty Allah and His Messenger Muhammad (pbuh), vicious tyrants ruling Muslim countries and daily injustice and intimidation, on one side; and the Smaller Savagery being carried out by reactionary, out of control extremists (French killings, murder of school children in Peshawar, Pakistan) on the other side; Muslims have to “hold the line” of balance and justice.

The public execution of the French Police officer Ahmed Merabet and the lack of immediate recognition by the media is just another example of what causes the pain that we are feeling. But the Qur’an was revealed for all times. Allah has informed us:
“You shall certainly be tried in your wealth and in your persons and you shall certainly hear from those who have been given the Book before you and the Polytheists, much wrong and annoying talk; but if you persevere and guard against evil with piety, that will be the most resolute of actions.” ( 3: 186)

They will never put out the true light of Allah, no matter how they try! Its like a fool trying to blow out the sun. Look at how the Abdul Aziz Mosque meets the sunrise every day in Shah Alam, Malaysia and reflect.

Ya Allah Al- Aziz (The Almighty), Ya Allah Al-Mu’izz (The Honourer), Honor them with the highest of Honors. Ya Al-Adl (The Just), bring justice to the oppressed. Send them thousands of angels to help them, and send those who fear none but you. Ya Al-Halim (The All-Clement), pardon our mistakes and disobedience to you for you are Al-Tawwab The Acceptor of Repentance). Ya Al- Hafiz (The Guardian), please guide those oppressors, soften their hearts to Islam and Ya Al-Wakil (The Trustee), if guidance is not written for them, then protect us Al-Waliyy (The protector) in every way from them.   Give those suffering, strength, patience, and jennah for this trial is great. Especially the lies about the Muslim world, Muslims are backbiting about their brothers based on news they heard on BBC, cut and paste jobs.

Verify the news, and its intricate details, there’s always two sides to a story so ultimately Follow Islam, because Allah says “But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah Knows, while you know not” 2:216; So zip your mouth because if you are wrong in a matter you will have to answer to your Lord. As for those who dont fear Allah, do as you like.

Should Muslims in the West go to Syria and fight? (Video)

info-pictogram1 There is no doubt that what is happening in Syria is the height of oppression and injustice. In the last century we have possibly not seen any greater disaster than the Syrian oppression, and there is no doubt that Bashar al-Assad is the modern Pharaoh of our times.

It is the duty of every Muslim to help against any oppression whether it be towards Muslims or Non-Muslim, whether it be towards humans or animals it is our God-giving responsibility that we stand up against injustice & oppression wherever and whenever it may be.

Does this mean that we here living in the west have a duty to go and fight in Syria and join the Jihad (struggle) against the evil forces of Bashar?

In this video Shaykh Dr. Yasir Qadhi answers the controversial question – Should Muslims in the west go to Syria and fight?

As Muslims, we are meant to stand against injustice and oppression, regardless of who the perpetrator is, even if it is our own family. As Muslims, we are meant to protect the weak and needy, care for the poor and hungry. Things that seem a million miles away from the images that have recently appeared in the newspapers and on our television screens with far too much regularity.
