Distress, anxiety, joys, fear, worries and happiness: different facets that make up this mesmerizing sojourn called “life”. It might fascinate you with its unknown twists and turns. There are moments where you relish the joys and happiness with every breath you take. And then, there are moments when the human soul, weak in its creation but as mighty as it thinks of itself, tries to shred realities and instead, buries itself into worldly deceptions.
With the pressures of dunya that strangle us both physically and emotionally, our minds tend to lose focus and our hearts cringe with disappointments and pain. Beyond all of this, our souls end up forgetting their very purpose of existence: To worship our Creator .
In this article, let us undertake a journey that would help us free our hearts from worries, let us perform tiny little acts of acts that could weigh heavy on our scale of good deeds, helping us have an eeman high, in sha Allah.
Fast food giants McDonald’s and KFC have apologized to Chinese customers for using expired meat from a local supplier in China. Now Starbucks and Burger King have also been engulfed in the mess. The revelation was made in a local Chinese TV investigation. Food safety is a big concern in China after a 2008 milk scandal which led to the death of six kids and made thousands sick.

Observe Your Own Reactions
Take a look at your life and the feelings you have on a day-to-day basis. What emotions are yours and which are not? Does that action honestly make you happy? Going to a party might make you miserable. Talking to your wife might make you want to pull whatever hair you have left out. Your divorce might be the greatest thing that’s ever happened to you.
Your experience is completely unique. There is no point in comparing yourself to your friends, family members, models or actors on TV. They are not you so their experience can never match your own. What types of things make you angry? Sad? Happy? Why do they make you feel that way? If your own answer doesn’t make good, clear sense to you, then it probably isn’t yours.
There are a number of reasons why a person must maintain their weight. Firstly, a person must maintain their weight because if they don’t their body might become prone to dire diseases and illnesses such as heart attacks. Another extremely important reason why a person must maintain their weight because if they don’t, their body will not be proportionate and they will have a distorted figure. If a person wants to look good, they need to have a proportionate figure. People who do not maintain their weight do not at all have a proportionate figure.
