She is a fitness and nutrition expert who has had many celebrities from Hollywood and sports as her clients. But a series of events over a few years, brought her to Islam by the Mercy of Allah SWT. Her yearning for the closeness to Allah led her to accept Islam not once but twice. She shares the importance of supporting new Muslims and accommodating them in our communities.

About 10 years ago when my parents split up. I had this urge to have a perfect family since. I grew up learning from the circumstances, from people around me, from places I travelled and live. I had a sister who died of Hepatitis at the age of 17 and I was only 11, my younger brother was 9 and elder one was 13. We had never heard of any sort of disease nor had we known that people can die so young. My family needed a strong leader to help fill the void left by the death of my sister.

I was born in Camden town, London in 1975, I am the youngest of 5 children. I was a bit of a trouble child when I was younger. Very wild had a lot problems growing up at school and was bullied though most of my junior and secondary school.
