info-pictogram1 Turkey’s prime minister, a NATO ally, is shipping arms to al-Qaeda and ISIS via Syria-bound trucks operated by the country’s intelligence agency, according to Turkish military officials. Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu banned media from reporting on three of the trucks searched by the military’s Gendarmerie General Command, which discovered 45 to 55 missiles or rockets, 30 to 40 crates of ammunition, including mortar rounds, and Douchka anti-aircraft ammunition.

Palestinians in East Jerusalem live their daily lives under the brutality of Israeli occupation. However, their suffering is ignored by most of the western media. Palestinians in East Jerusalem face expulsion from the city, home demolitions, freedom of movement restrictions, surveillance, and violence from settlers and soldiers. This is in addition to illegal settlement building on their land.

It is through measures such as these – all violations of international law – that Israel is attempting to ethnically cleanse East Jerusalem of its Palestinian population. Israel’s stated goal is to establish and maintain the whole of Jerusalem as its capital.

The Oklahoma Beheading
As the horrid details of murder trickle from Oklahoma, I awoke today shocked to hear that FoxNews and other hate groups are trying to tie me to the criminal. Outside of poor journalism, a quick glance at their timeline reveals that this is simply impossible. I left Oklahoma in 2001 and never met the murderer. There is really not much more to say on that except that FOX and other “News” outlets are only damaging their credibility by reporting it.

China’s “war on terror” is really a war on Islam

By: Simon Denyer

The month of Ramadan should have been a time of fasting, charity and prayer in China’s Muslim west. But here, in many of the towns and villages of southern Xinjiang, it was a time of fear, repression, and violence.

China’s campaign against separatism and terrorism in its mainly Muslim west has now become an all-out war on conservative Islam, residents here say.

In 2013, James Foley was confirmed to be held by the Assad regime. In 2014, he was held by #ISIS and beheaded. Kinda fishy right? Still don’t get how any rational human being doesn’t see all the red flags. #FreeSyria

As we approach the 13-year anniversary of 9/11, a terrorist attack on America which claimed the lives of almost 3,000 people, another terror related story seems to be dominating news and media outlets; the terrorist organisation ISIS and its appalling actions in the Middle East.

Israel strikes university in Gaza City (Video)

info-pictogram1 Israeli aircraft have struck a major university in the Gaza Strip as troops continued their military campaign on the Palestinian enclave for a 27th day.A large part of the Islamic University in Gaza City was damaged by Saturday morning’s air strike. Glass of broken windows and notebooks belonging to some of the thousands of students who attended this university were scattered on the ground. No casualties were reported in the bombardment.“This underscores how unpredictable and volatility of the situation in Gaza,” Al Jazeera’s Imtiaz Tyab, reporting from in front of the scene, just two hours after the bombardment, said.

Zulhilmi Zainal: “It is not HAMAS that the Israeli forces are truly trying to target. What they’re truly after is the HOPE of the Gazan people to live. It’s psychological warfare in the most brazen of forms. It’s a systematic ouster of the Gazans from their homeland and demolishing their infrastructure for Israeli occupation all in due time. And all these will only cease when all of Gaza is wiped out into the Mediterranean sea and the world applauds at the Machiavellian spectacle.
