Shaytan can persuade a person to come and use one of these three doors to make a person slip. It is like he is ambushing them. So even the most complete of people can fall into moments of anger, doing something based on anger, based on lust or based on forgetfulness.

I came accross this car the other day which had crashed into another car while trying to turn into a road. How many times whilst driving do we do silly things? How many times do we think: “Oh that’s an empty road, let me just speed up a little bit”. The same way when we’re speeding on an empty road a car might come out from a corner by surprise, the exact same way death is waiting for us around the corner. Read the rest of this entry

If you find it hard to appreciate what Allah has blessed you with, spend a day with someone who doesn’t have the things you have. The Prophet (pbuh) said, “Look to those below you and not to those above, as it is more suitable to remember the blessings of Allah granted to you.” (Bukhari & Muslim)
GAZA CAMPAIGN – WHAT CAN YOU DO?
Israel’s latest atrocity in Gaza has led to thousands of you asking what you can do to help. FOA has put together a guide on a number of different campaigns which we hope you will each sign up to, so that collectively, we can help end the suffering of the Palestinian people.
If you cannot take all the recommended actions, commit yourself to at least one and be consistent with it. Palestinians need us in times of crisis, and these times of crisis are not just when Israel unleashes its mass death and destruction.
Al-Harith Al-Ash’ari (May Allah be pleased with him) narrated that The Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings be upon him) said, “A Person cannot protect himself against the Shaytan (Devil) except by remembering Allah.”
Whenever you are alone, remember you have become a prey of the Shaytan, except if you’re remembering Allah. Nowadays many people are tempted by Shaytaan and fall into the traps of the Shaytan. It’s his job to lead us astray and to take us with him into Hell, but we should do our utmost best to prevent this. How? Do lots of Dhikr. Remember Allah all the time. Read the Quran, Do Dhikr, Pray voluntary prayers, Go to mosque, Attend Islamic events etc. And In Shaa Allah you’ll be under the protection of Allah.
May Allah save us from the whispers of the Shaytaan and forgive our sins. Ameen.
