“Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of . Unquestionably, by the remembrance ofAllah hearts are assured.”
(Ar-Ra’d, 13:28)

With the never-ending distractions of this life and the infinite tasks filling our plates, we tend to forget the main purpose of our existence which is to worship Allah Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala. Unfortunately, we make this life *the* priority rather than spending our precious time earning Allah’s and forgiveness.

The mercy of Allah is superior to anything known to the limited human mind.

He has blessed us with innumerable opportunities to erase our sins in less than sixty seconds, yet we make use of such invaluable golden opportunities very rarely. Bountiful rewards await us but we have to take the first step of remembering Allah Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala at all times. Here are some daily actions that barely take up our time but grant us magnificent rewards. I will split them into two categories: one which concerns , and the other consisting of voluntary acts.

q-tip

By: Kamaal Ibn John Fareed (Q-Tip)

Uh, of the things we believe
There’s a whole lot of work, we should roll up our sleeves
And we got to hold firm when fateful sight conceiving
Why doubt your plans? Cause it’s all worth believing
We can make it work, do believe that
Weave mistrust in the dust and believe fact
We can achieve tact by tuning out negative feedback
Naysayers can hate, we concentrate to bring belief back
Into ourselves, into the world, into the rap game
Emcees are miserable, their music should be leaving mics maimed
Man, look we holding out for the truth
If we alone in the Louvre we gone hold for the proof
Man put it in believing, believe in believing
Seeing ain’t believing, it’s the feeling that we needing
Believe in each other, put the question to the system
They promising returns? Then question what you getting
We should believe in the reasons we existing
Time for Renaissance to reawaken what is withered
Belief can confirm, make it is what it isn’t
Sometimes I wish I had belief when I didn’t

info-pictogram1 In Today’s Society there is seems to be this assumption that just becasue your “religious” you don’t believe in or scientific fact, Pangea or dinosaurs. Personally i think its quite ridiculous. I mean…there is “some” Truth in All things and all knowledge comes from Allah. I personally dont subscribe to that assumption that religion is “backwards” and does not comply with Science. I feel ISLAM and Science go hand in hand. so here’s what i learned and think. Secular Science believes that millions of years ago there was PANGEA. Earth with all the plates and lands connected. Over time, it in fact separated until earth is as it is today.

Allah explains in the Quran about the Moving of the Earth.
[I swear] by Heaven which returns and the earth which splits. (Qur’an, 86:11-12)

In one verse, we are informed that mountains are not motionless as they seem, but are in constant motion.

You see the mountains you reckoned to be solid going past like clouds. (Qur’an, 27:88)
