Former Mufti of Al-Qaeda: ISIS Does Not Qualify as a Legitimate Caliphate (Video)

In a November 8 interview with the UAE channel Alaan TV, former Mufti of Al-Qaeda, Abu Hafs Al-Mauritani, said that the caliphate declared by ISIS leader Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi does not meet the terms dictated by the shari’a. Abu Hafs criticized ISIS for its massacres of Shiites, killing of civilians, and slaughtering of journalists, and added that the split of ISIS from Al-Qaeda was anticipated.

CAIRO – One of the early founders of satirical French magazine Charlie Hebdo has accused its slain chief editor of dragging the team to their deaths after turning the weekly into a Zionist, Islamophobic mouthpiece.

“I really hold it against you,” Henri Roussel, 80, who contributed to the first issue of the satirical weekly in 1970, wrote to the slain editor in the Left-leaning magazine Nouvel Obs, Daily Telegraph reported.

“I know it’s not done,” Roussel, who publishes under the pen name Delfeil de Ton, added.

He went further to blame Stéphane Charbonnier, or Charb, of “dragging the team” to their deaths by releasing increasingly provocative cartoons.

When Steve Jobs was running Apple, he was known to call journalists to either pat them on the back for a recent article or, more often than not, explain how they got it wrong. I was on the receiving end of a few of those calls. But nothing shocked me more than something Mr. Jobs said to me in late 2010 after he had finished chewing me out for something I had written about an iPad shortcoming.

FOX “news” gets worse everyday. Imagine how many people hear this garbage daily. We need to produce more Muslim journalists and learn how to penetrate the media while keeping mainstream media honest. FOX “news” hasn’t been mainstream for over a decade.

If you were on of the 2.5 million who shared the story… You’ve been played

The article about Iraqi’s “systematically beheading Christian children” has been published by over 10,000 news sources and shared over 2,500,000 times on social media.

The source? ONE guy in San Diego named Mark Arabo who said this in a CNN interview.

He had no first hand knowledge, no evidence and no eyewitnesses or journalists have been able to corroborate the story. Arabo (pictured here with President Obama) is active in several vocal Christian groups and is an advocate of continued war in Iraq.

Both human rights organizations have been trying to obtain permission from the Civil Administration to enter Gaza since July 7. Two different reasons have been cited for the refusals: The first is that the Erez border crossing between Israel and the Gaza Strip is closed and no entry permits are being granted until further notice; the second is neither group is registered with the Social Affairs Ministry as a humanitarian aid organization.

In fact, Erez was open throughout most of Israel’s Operation Protective Edge, which began on July 8. Among others, journalists, United Nations employees and Palestinians needing medical care or returning from abroad (with special permits), were allowed to pass through.

Palestinians express “solidarity with the people of Ferguson” in Mike Brown statement

Palestinian groups and individuals inside and outside of historic Palestine have signed the following statement in solidarity with their brethren in Ferguson, Missouri.

Unsurprisingly, many of the police deployed to crush unarmed protesters demanding justice for the brutal murder of eighteen-year-old black American Mike Brown are Israel-trained. Despotic tactics Palestinians largely associate with Israel’s colonial military, such as teargassing protesters and harassing journalists, have all been implemented in Ferguson.

Although Ferguson and Palestine are two different contexts, both places and their people are fighting against white supremacist regimes of oppression which continue to view them as “disposable others” and act accordingly.
