Former Mufti of Al-Qaeda: ISIS Does Not Qualify as a Legitimate Caliphate (Video)

In a November 8 interview with the UAE channel Alaan TV, former Mufti of Al-Qaeda, Abu Hafs Al-Mauritani, said that the caliphate declared by ISIS leader Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi does not meet the terms dictated by the shari’a. Abu Hafs criticized ISIS for its massacres of Shiites, killing of civilians, and slaughtering of journalists, and added that the split of ISIS from Al-Qaeda was anticipated.

Dr. Paul Craig Roberts, a former White House official, said that the attack on the Paris offices of satirical weekly magazine Charlie Hebdo was “an inside job designed to pull France firmly back under Washington’s thumb.”

In an article published on Thursday, Paul Roberts, who was assistant secretary of the Treasury in the Reagan Administration, said the terrorist attack was a false flag operation, adding that “it was designed to shore up France’s vassal status to Washington.”

“The suspects can be both guilty and patsies. Just remember all the terrorist plots created by the FBI that served to make the terrorism threat real to Americans,” he wrote.

Comparing Charlie Hebdo with the 9/11 attacks, Dr. Paul Roberts said that “once the authorities discover that the stupid Western peoples will believe any transparent lie, the authorities use the lie again and again.”

He stated that French President Francois Hollande this week said that the sanctions against Russia should end. “This is too much foreign policy independence on France’s part for Washington.”

He added that Washington has resurrected some of the tactics it used against Europeans during the post WW II ear.

“Has Washington resurrected “Operation Gladio,” which consisted of CIA bombing attacks against Europeans during the post-WW II era that Washington blamed on communists and used to destroy communist influence in European elections? He asked.

He noted that “the US Government tells Americans whatever story the government puts together and sits and laughs at the gullibility of the public.”

Lindsey Van Gele, a candidate for the Miss Belgium contest 2012, has reportedly converted to Islam after marrying Mamoutou N’Diaye, a midfielder for Zulte Waregem, a Belgian football team.

Van Gele now calls herself “Aisha,” has given up alcohol and pork, and no longer wears short skirts. She refuses to show her body uncovered in events such as the Gala Golden Shoe.

This week, Lindsey was a guest on the show “Komen Eten Vier” with other women and girlfriends of Belgian footballers.

“I became a Muslim when Mamoutou asked for my hand. A civil marriage was not enough for me. Moreover, I wanted to support my conversion,” she said in Het Laatste Nieuws.

Both of my parents were in the US military and my upbringing was very strict. My father was very racist, and because of this, I was very racist myself until about the age of 24. I can remember as a child listening to my father lambast and attack Arabs and Muslims and bash the religion, their way of life, and their race. As this was the way I was raised this is the position I took as well. I had a very troubled childhood, as the above can only begin to describe.

Foreign Office minister Baroness Warsi has dramatically quit the government, citing the UK’s “morally indefensible” position on the conflict in Gaza.

In her resignation letter to the prime minister, David Cameron, Warsi wrote that Britain’s support for Israeli military action against Hamas, which has resulted in the deaths of more than 1,800 Palestinians over the past month, “is morally indefensible, is not in Britain’s national interest and will have a long term detrimental impact on our reputation”.
