Common Daily Mistakes Exploited by Shaitan

Source: blog.islamiconlineuniversity.com

Our lives can seem like a whirlwind of hectic, chaotic, unpredictable situations and occurrences that keep us . Struggling to do what we need to do to maintain our obedience to  Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala and surviving in a complex world at the same can be very difficult.  Yet, we all have patterns, habits and daily routines we fall into as we maintain some stability, sanity and normality to our lives.  The longer one makes daily mistakes, the more harder it will get to survive Shaitan’s trappings; making his temptations difficult to resist and easier to fall into.

The various addictions Shaitan wants to trap a person can move from one level to the next. An addiction locks one into a vice, sin or foul activity. Without the ability to escape from shaitan’s trappings, we are unable to free ourselves, making us not only slaves of Shaitan, but we might also end up working to spread his foul causes and agendas.

So clearly the first step one should take is to stop Shaitan in his tracks before any of these weakening factors occur.  Then turning to the Qur’an and the Sunnah will answer the to avoid each pitfall.

I Want To Practice Islam But I’m Weak (Video)

Documentary: 101 East – Unquenchable Thirst (Video)

info-pictogram1 With an epidemic of alcohol-related crime and violence, 101 East asks if Australia is losing the war on its binge-drinking culture.

“Before you delve into these documentaries, there’s one more thing I should mention. Though I believe it’s important for us to be aware of our surroundings, and more so for the community’s leadership, we must never forget that the best source of guidance is the speech of Allah subhanahu wa ta`ala (exalted is He) – the Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (peace be upon him), and the knowledge of the scholars (may Allah preserve the ones alive and have mercy on the ones that have passed). Above all, we should turn to the Qur’an for enlightenment and guidance. A truly successful personality and truly successful society can only be built via the lessons and implementation of the concepts outlined in the Book of Allah. Without true internal direction from the heart, there can be no true external direction for society. And Allah knows best.”

Maryam Amirebrahimi: By the Stars they are Guided (Video)

info-pictogram1 The concept of ‘stars’ has always been ascribed to the luminaries and legends of many societies. This simile is found in the modern culture and is likened to actors, athletes, and the like. In the Islamic tradition, the stars are associated with the legends of Islamic history. We need to redefine this simile to the true luminaries and legends of human history: the people of God. By studying their examples of just leadership through times of extreme difficulty, we can implement their methodology of institution-building to construct a virtuous society in our present context. Just like the heavens have stars for terrestrial navigation, so do we have stars for guidance to paradise.

Do u know the miracles of zamzam?

zamzam03

ZamZam water level is around 10.6 feet below the surface. It is the miracle of Allah that when Zam Zam was pumped continuously for more than 24 hours with a pumping rate of 8,000 liters per second, water level dropped to almost 44 feet below the surface, BUT WHEN THE PUMPING WAS STOPPED, the level immediately elevated again to 13 feet after 11 minutes. 8,000 liters per second
means that 8,000 x 60 = 480,000 liters per minute 480,000 liters per minutes means that 480,000 x 60 = 28.8 Million liters per hour and 28.8 Million liters per hour means that 28,800,000 x 24 = 691.2 Million liters per day. So they pumped 690 Millions liters of ZamZam in 24 hours, but it was re-supplied in 11 minutes only.

There’s the Ice Bucket Challenge. And now there’s the Rice Bucket Challenge.
