Sri Lankans struggle to find clean water (Video)

Authorities are predicting that draught will trigger the paddy harvest to fall by around 17 percent, from the 4 million tons recorded in 2013. The government is renovating irrigation tanks to help deal with the crisis. It is spending millions of dollars to clean up and repair the irrigation network.
